Phenomenal Women Global

Phenomenal Women Global (PWG) is a nonprofit organization based in Switzerland and Uganda with a mission to advance , connect , empower and provide leadership skills to women and girls of diverse professional  and social backgrounds, including those in underserved communities. It does this through a variety of gender-specific programs and initiatives including conferences, mentorship and coaching programs, in collaboration with like –minded organizations around the world. PWG works towards gender equality and inclusion, and provides support on careers , entrepreneurship and other areas.

PWG was founded by a group of  women from diverse cultural backgrounds living and working in Geneva, Switzerland with a common vision of empowering women. PWG believes that for women to realize their full potential and lead impactful lives, there is a need for them to be visionary, innovative; create networks and be politically, socially and economically empowered. PWG is located in Switzerland and Uganda with Focal points in the USA, Italy, France, UK, Zimbabwe and South Africa.
