Somatic Social is a thoughtfully curated wellness experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build meaningful connections in community. Rooted in somatic (body-based) practices, each gathering blends gentle yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and guided reflection to support emotional awareness and physical relaxation.
Unlike traditional wellness classes, Somatic Social goes deeper by creating a space where you’re not just moving your body, but also exploring how your experiences live within it. Through intentional facilitation and, therapist-led elements, participants are invited to slow down, release tension, and engage in authentic, grounded connection with themselves and others.
