For more than a decade, she has facilitated trainings and workshops in leadership, personal development, business, workplace-specific topics, and hands-on creative learning.

As the owner of Classic Styles, Tameka also hosts crafting classes and creative workshops designed to build confidence, encourage connection, and introduce practical skills in a welcoming environment. Her work blends structure with creativity, allowing participants to learn, create, and grow in meaningful ways.

Tameka’s professional background includes leadership roles in mental health agencies as a Quality Assurance Director, Risk Management and Compliance Officer, and Accreditation Lead and Monitor.
