ADHD WISE UK
Becoming ADHD Wise
We are a passionate team of coaches, psychologists, educators, and advocates, many of whom are neurodivergent ourselves.
We know first-hand the challenges of living in a world not built for ADHD minds. But we also recognise the unique strengths that come with neurodivergence: creativity, energy, problem-solving, empathy, and resilience.
Our approach is practical, supportive, and always person-centred. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we listen, collaborate, and focus on solutions that actually work in real life. We know and understand everyone is on their unique journey and whilst many of our events are pre-planned and created, we aim to enable you to understand your unique brain within that, which will support you to find your own solutions.
Promoting Positive Outcomes
We support neurodivergent individuals of all ages, including adults, children, parents/carers, educators, and employers. Whether you're newly exploring ADHD or seeking long-term support, we're here to help provide individuals and families with greater understanding and confidence through events, group and one-to-one coaching.
What do we do?
We work with children from ages 6 through to adults, as well as the families and professionals who support them. Using psychoeducational principles, we help them understand how ADHD is impacting day-to-day lives, and use this knowledge to move forward constructively.
Our services include:
• Training and consultancy for schools, colleges, universities, and workplaces.
• Strategy development and coaching for individuals and families.
• Screening for children and adults, including Creyos, Do-It Profiler and clinical interviews.
