Hi, I’m Ariana Pavilando! I’ve been practicing Pilates for over three years and am currently completing my instructor training through Balanced Body. My classes focus on mindful movement, strong technique, and accessible flows designed to make you feel aligned, strong, and supported. While I complete my certification hours, I’m offering free virtual classes, and all levels are welcome. Can’t wait to move with you!
