Gather is focused on collaborative discoveries in consciousness across artistic practices, research and scientific frontiers.
Artwork has the unique ability to facilitate visualizing the unknown and to illustrate otherwise niche explorations of contemporary frontiers. Through varied forms of translation, media serves to illuminate unsettled conceits and expand awareness and possibilities.
Traditional art and tech media mingle to transform the nature of content saturation and modes of access for participants and viewers. Our mission is to gather people, energy and ideas to innovate and synthesize contributions to the collective and consciousness. Together we analyze, innovate and co-create.
Gather Center is a registered nonprofit organization in Brooklyn, NY founded by artists Allison Harrell Mistier and Andre Mistier.
