I'm a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who completed my training in 2022 with Lucent Yoga in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. My classes are playful and challenging variations on the Vinyasa style of yoga flow and are open to everyone with any level of yoga experience from beginners to seasoned yogis.
