Manisha Amin & Jayan Pascoe

We are currently on a lifelong journey of learning and discovery through Awareness Through the Body (ATB). As facilitators-in-training, we are deepening our practice and understanding of what it means to connect more fully with ourselves and the world around us.

Our learning has been guided and inspired by the wisdom and presence of ATB's founders, Joan Sala and Aloka Marti. Their approach reminds us that awareness is not something to be mastered, but something to be continually cultivated—with curiosity, compassion, and care. You can learn more about their work here.

As we continue to grow through this practice, we remain grounded in the humanistic values that ATB embodies: deep listening, embodied presence, and respect for the richness of each person’s inner world.
