Maria Evteeva — gender and migration researcher
I am a researcher, educator, and facilitator working at the intersection of gender, migration, and power in contemporary professional contexts. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Cognition and Evolution and am currently completing a PhD focused on gender, resistance, and migration.
Alongside my academic work, I design and deliver workshops and learning spaces on gender awareness, inclusivity, and deconstructing bias for professionals across corporate, NGO, academic, and international settings. My approach combines research-based analysis with reflective, practice-oriented tools that support meaningful dialogue without blame or simplification.
Through webinars and workshops, I aim to create accessible spaces for critical reflection on how historical and structural inequalities — including gendered and colonial legacies — continue to shape everyday workplace practices, language, and norms. My work is grounded in a commitment to inclusivity, ethical engagement, and respectful cross-sector dialogue.
