ABOUT ANTONIA

I am a passionate and intuitive Breathwork Facilitator, Energyworker and Tantrika.

I was born in a small village in Bavaria, Germany, but my journey soon took me across the globe to Bali, New Zealand, and ultimately Latin America. After years of exploring distant lands, I realised that the answers I sought couldn’t be found solely in the external world. This understanding led me to embark on a profound inner journey.

Conscious Connected Breathwork, Tantra, Reiki & the spiritual practices that followed, came into my life as great gifts that both challenged and empowered me and led me to a life full of magic and possibilities I have never thought possible!

These practices also have become a passion I now share from the depths of my heart, to empower others to discover their own magic inside and to create the life of their dreams that inspires and feels like an extension of the heart and soul.

I offer several Healing Modalities, in Spanish, English and German (1:1, groups, online & offline):

• Conscious Connected Breathwork
• Tantric practices
• Ritual Spaces for Women to reconnect with their femininity, self love, pleasure & desires
• Reiki
• Guided Meditations
• Integration Support

Carl Jung once said: “Who looks outside dreams, who looks inside awakens.”

Do you feel called to take a step towards yourself?

I am looking forward to connecting with you and to join you on a profound journey back home.
