Paola Granati

With 25+ years of successful Corporate HR business leadership roles in Fortune 500 Companies and Industries (FMCG, Biotech, Pharma), a multicultural upbringing in several countries and numerous passions and life interests, Paola Granati sees herself as being at the crossroads between a posthumanist, a business partner/entrepreneur and an artist.

She has a proven track record in driving results in times of ambiguity and change like acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures, cultural change by bringing people together towards a common purpose and expand their untapped potential as individuals and teams. She is a reliable and trusted advisor, coach and critical thinking partner for leaders and for all of those entrepreneurs and influencers who want to lead change and make a difference while acting responsibly and respectfully. Through her creative projects including music productions and podcasts she aspires to bring to the table thinking practices that can lead to expanding the "human" and what it means today to be "human". In this respect she embraces the posthumanist thinking practices that put at the center of the debate the redefinition of the human in this convergence point between the 4th IR and the 6th extinction as an imminent, nomadic, relational, situational and creative being.

Paola Granati has multicultural background that has helped shape her curiosity towards the different, the new and the unexplored: born in Italy, brought up in Brazil, USA, she has lived in multiple locations across Europe and has often travelled the globe both for business, pleasure and learning.

Paola holds a BA in Political Science from the Università Cattolica of Milano, a Post-Graduate Degree HR Management from ISTUD, a Masters Degree in Songwriting & Music Business from Berklee College of Music and an Advanced Degree in Curatorship and Contemporary Art from the Univeristy of the Arts in Zurich. Every year she invests considerable amounts of her time and finances in learning and upgrading her own skills and competencies in areas like design thinking, business entrepreneurship, neuro hypnotic and neuro linguistic techniques, coaching, music and creative practices.
