Hammer Sports

Family-run volleyball in Hamilton and Stoney Creek, started by Barb and Sergio Di Carlo. We run intermediate and advanced indoor drop-ins every week, plus tournaments, a summer beach league and skills training.

Weekly drop-ins (7 to 9 pm)

• Tuesday: Low Intermediate and Advanced

• Thursday: Advanced

• Saturday: Low Intermediate and Advanced

Gyms are posted in our WhatsApp groups each week.

Price: $12 cash, $13.56 e-Transfer, or $16 on Eventbrite. Monthly pass: 4 runs for $40 cash or $45 e-Transfer.

Who it's for: players with some experience who can bump, set, serve and keep a rally going. Advanced runs play a 5-1, so know your rotations. Not a beginner program, but ask us about skills training!

Competition AND fun. Good volleyball, good people, every week. Join the Hammer Fam at hammersports.ca
