Siembra Today is a BIPOC-led collective reimagining what wellness looks like for our community. We provide accessible mental health support through immersive, heart-centered experiences.
Our events are designed to take you out of your head and back into your body. Whether we are practicing breath work, sound bowl healing, or ceremonial cacao, our mission is to provide you with the tools to navigate life with more clarity and confidence. Every session at Siembra Today is an invitation to put down the armor, reconnect with your truth, and be supported by nuestra gente.
