Source Sound
Source Sound is a project by Miriam, a singing bowls practitioner, who has experienced first-hand the profoundly soothing and emotion releasing effects of the bowls, and who shares these great qualities in Soundbaths in Berlin.
The term source refers to our essence, our self, our inner being, to which we can connect through sound. The music of sound is also our first universe on earth - already in our mother's womb we enjoy the warm security of being surrounded by sounds and vibrations. In a sound bath, we can immerse ourselves in long-forgotten feelings of safeness and effectively relax.
Sound plays a central role in Miriam’s yoga classes too. As a certified yoga teacher (300h Hatha & Ashtanga, 200h Vinyasa & Ashtanga), she weaves gentle tones into the practice, creating a space of calm and presence. These sounds help guide participants inward — inviting them to explore their bodies with mindfulness, connect with the breath, and meet themselves with compassion.
Join Miriam for a transformative sound bath experience and mindful yoga classes, and discover the profound power of sound.
