Suzie Johnson-Smith
With 32 years of dedicated Health and Human Services experience, Suzie Johnson-Smith of Peterborough, Ontario has proudly led hundreds of organizations in promoting Person Centered Services using the Bridges out of Poverty concepts, combined with a coach approach. She has held a variety of positions from front line coach to leadership coach, supervisor to program manager and staff trainer to international public speaker and consultant with aha! Process.
Suzie's educational background is in Social Work, adult learning principles, leadership and change management and she is also a certified life, leadership and organizational coach. She is passionate about lifelong learning and making a meaningful impact. She focuses on people’s strengths and creating supportive environments that lead to real, positive change.
On a personal note, Suzie has five adult children who are all now on their own, a beautiful granddaughter who is the light of her life, and she loves to spend time with her friends and travel with her husband.
